A friendly moment

 

The Partage concept reflects our vision of today’s gastronomy, in other words, to offer dishes to share in order to invite the guests to have a good time of conviviality and feasts.

To achieve the “Partage” concept, we realized a specific wooden display with the Didier Jolec’s workshop, cabinetmaker from Saint-Renan. Partage is a story of passions, crafts and dreams, above all that to provide a moment of happiness to our guests. Partage is also the possibility to create an exceptionnal moment in a privatized room, at the fireside, with a gastronomic menu according to the Chef’s inspiration and the products of the moment.

 

A story of passion

Partage is the achievement of 3 subjects : a long thought-out project, the meeting between 3 open minded and gourmet persons, and a respected course of action.

Partage is a reinvented gastronomic restaurant with simplicité and efficiency. It takes shape in a place steeped in a family history and the transmission of the profession over the generations. The art of hospitality and good eating remain in these stone walls since 1890, which today is reinvented to bring a new breath to this beautiful house.
